1. Download the mobile app from Playstore or App Store
  2. Click on the “Get Started” button.
  3. Input your details then click on “Sign Up”
  4. A verification code will be sent to your email address.
  5. Proceed to verify your email address by inputting the verification code.
  6. Once verified, proceed to account setup.
  7. Once the account setup is done, you can start using the App.

  1. Click on “Deposit” from your dashboard.
  2. For Bank Transfer: Create a new virtual account and use the generated account details to fund your wallet for free.
  3. For Credit/Debit Card: Input your desired amount and add a new card to fund your wallet. Processing fee applies.

N.B: Deposit into your wallet via both methods might not be instant. However, you’ll get email and app notifications once your wallet receives the credited value.

  • Click on “Forgot Pin” from the Sign In screen.
  • Input the reset pin code sent to your email address.
  • Input a new pin.
  • Confirm the new pin.
  • Click on “Reset Pin” and your pin will be changed.
